Daniel San is a brand new concept now open in Manly and we are looking for an experienced chefs to join the opening team.
You will be responsible for a very high standard of Sushi and Sashimi in a very high volume venue in Manly with the goal to become a premier venue both in the Northern beaches and Sydney.
You will be working under a Head Chef with 10 years experience in Japanese cuisine and will be given a great deal of guidance and instruction in the creation of menu items and designing menus. This is a kitchen that will thrive on constant creativity and every chef will be encouraged to show what he/ she can do.
